今天青年聚會的題目是置業,準備期間聽到不少升斗市民的聲音,特別是青年人。那一些被稱為八十後的一代對買樓置業多抱有負面態度。對他們來說,申請公屋資格早已超過,政府又停建居屋,私人樓也是負擔不起。難度要窮一生的精力和時間,去為一間只有數百尺的房間去奔波?值得嗎?與其左擔心右擔心,倒不如求信心,讓神給自己看見天上的產業。

I have been staying in SZ at least 2 weeks already. This makes my mind changed a lot. This change is that if I unluckily can’t be succeeded from the current biz, I will go back to HK for working and then buy house in Shenzhen or Guangzhou as the housing is quite cheap here. A 400 ft2 housing only costs around $500,000.
The main reason is that I don’t want most of the money earned in HK will be given to HK’s real estate developer…it’s just not worthily.

It’s good to u that ur home is nearby SZ. u can find a job along KCR line.
For me, most of my relatives are living in HK island. New territory and kln side are already so far away.
Thus, let’s see the construction of MTR. Transportation time is also a consideration.
