This change is that if I unluckily can’t be succeeded from the current biz, I will go back to HK for working and then buy house in Shenzhen or Guangzhou as the housing is quite cheap here. A 400 ft2 housing only costs around $500,000.
The main reason is that I don’t want most of the money earned in HK will be given to HK’s real estate developer…it’s just not worthily.

It’s good to u that ur home is nearby SZ. u can find a job along KCR line.
For me, most of my relatives are living in HK island. New territory and kln side are already so far away.
Thus, let’s see the construction of MTR. Transportation time is also a consideration.
