很多時候自己感恩是因為得到神的益處。神為我解決難題，我感謝神。神給我升職機會，我感謝神。我想，常常感恩是好，但感恩是為自己的益處就不好。假如神不給我益處，我還會感謝神嗎？
身處患難中感恩很難，因為我們還是想著自己。試試想想別人吧。試為別人感謝神，試把焦點放在神的作為上。那樣來感恩，就不困難了。
